Anyone have ideas on how to go about this research paper relating to a hypothetical budget and other issues (advertising, packeging, etc.) as if we would actually be presenting our work in a gallery? I have a mental block :(

It should consist of the following....
A letter requesting an exhibition.
Short artists statement 1-2 pages describing the physical work and the concept behind it.
A CV describing professional history, publications, education, exhibitions, awards
A description of the exhibition requirements... wall space... additional equipment.
Photographs of the work... digital photos suitable for reproduction. Also a set of smaller files for review all clearly labeled.
A descriptive list of the works with sizes and medium for each.
